Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 September 2026
Your privacy matters to us. Please read this Policy carefully to understand what data we collect, why we collect it and what rights you have over it.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains what personal data we collect through the Digital Architect website and through the online course on creating and selling digital products with the help of artificial intelligence (the "Course"), how we use it, who we share it with and what rights you have.
Your data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable data protection legislation.
By using the website or purchasing the Course, you confirm that you have read this Policy.
2. The data we collect
Identification and contact data: your name and email address, provided by you when creating an account, purchasing the Course or contacting us.
Payment data: payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We do not collect, store or have access to your full card details. We may receive from Stripe only the information needed to confirm the transaction (e.g. amount, date, last digits of the card).
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited and access time — collected automatically for the operation and security of the website.
Usage data: your progress in the course and your interactions with the platform, used to give you access and to improve the service.
3. Purposes of processing
Providing access to the Course and administering your account.
Processing payments, issuing invoices and handling refund requests.
Communicating with you: answers to support requests, essential notifications about your account or purchase.
Sending informational or promotional emails — only if you have given your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time from any email you receive.
Analysing and improving the website and the Course, in aggregated and anonymised form whenever possible.
4. Legal basis for processing
Performance of the contract: processing necessary to give you access to the Course, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Legal obligations: keeping billing and accounting data in accordance with applicable tax legislation.
Legitimate interest: website security, fraud prevention and improvement of our services.
Consent: for marketing communications and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Cookies
The website may use essential cookies, necessary for technical operation and for keeping your session active, as well as analytics cookies, which help us understand how the website is used.
You can control and delete cookies from your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect the correct operation of the website.
6. Third parties and data transfers
We work with third-party providers that process data on our behalf: payment processors (Stripe), email delivery services, hosting services and, where applicable, analytics tools.
These providers only have access to the data strictly necessary to deliver the service and are contractually required to protect it.
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
7. Storage period
We keep your account data for as long as you have access to the Course, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Billing and accounting data is kept in line with applicable legal obligations (usually 10 years).
Data collected on the basis of consent (e.g. email subscriptions) is kept until consent is withdrawn.
After these periods expire, the data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, to erasure ("the right to be forgotten"), to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on it.
To exercise any of these rights, you can write to us at the contact address below. We will reply within a maximum of 30 days.
9. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections, restricted access, certified payment processors.
Even so, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your sign-in details confidential.
10. Minors
The website and the Course are not intended for persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update.
If the changes are substantial, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you (e.g. by email or through a notice on the website).
